Cottage Suites in The Coop
The FarmHouse Inn's cottage suites are in The Coop and are air-conditioned, stylishly renovated and furnished with high ceilings and recessed lighting. Three well-appointed cottage suites — The Rambling Rooster (far left), The Feathered Nest (centre) and the Speckled Hen (far right) are located steps from the main FarmHouse, beside the 10-acre millpond. A cottage suite in The Coop is great for small families, couples who prefer a space of their own and those who want to do their own cooking.

Amenities

Each cottage suite in The Coop has:

• air conditioning / heating 

• one bedroom with a queen bed

• a living/dining/kitchen area with pull-out double-bed couch

• newly-renovated kitchenettes with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cooktop

• a full bathroom

• private deck with BBQ and patio furniture 

• a colour flatscreen television

• free wi-fi and cable service

• all linens, cutlery dishes etc. supplied. Just add groceries!

• Units are well-insulated to sound-proof with high fences separating the back decks for privacy.

Rates

Cottage suites are available for:

• a two-night minimum at $325. per night or for $1,820 per week ($260. nightly if booked seven days) plus HST (15%) between June 13 and September 18, 2025;

• a two-night minimum at $250. per night or for $1,694. per week ($242. nightly if booked seven nights) plus HST (15%) between September 19 to October 19, 2025.

Cancellation policy

The Coop cottage suites including The Speckled Hen, The Feathered Nest and the Rambling Rooster require two weeks' notice or a charge of one night's stay will be charged to the card. (If the reservation can be filled beforehand, the card won't be charged except for a $40. administration fee.) 50% deposit required at time of booking. Note there is a minimum two-night stay in the Coop cottage suites.
